It fuels stigma, deters testing, and drives people underground. Denying work and residency to people living with HIV is health status punishment rejected by the UN and the global public health community.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"866\">We urge the President of Uzbekistan <strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"762\">not to sign this law<\/strong>.
